Sr Channel Sales Representative
As a Senior Channel Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving profitable growth through strategic channel partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies, strengthening partner engagement, identifying new market opportunities, and accelerating revenue growth across assigned territories. This role requires a highly motivated sales professional who can influence key stakeholders, manage complex sales cycles, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

+ Develop and execute comprehensive channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and achievement of annual sales targets.

+ Build, manage, and expand strategic relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and other channel partners.

+ Create and implement partner business plans, growth initiatives, and joint go-to-market strategies.

+ Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to assess performance, identify opportunities, and develop corrective action plans.

+ Provide product training, sales enablement, technical guidance, and ongoing support to ensure partner success.

+ Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through partner networks and direct customer engagement.

+ Collaborate with marketing, product management, and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions that address customer needs.

+ Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements while ensuring profitability objectives are achieved.

+ Manage key customer and partner accounts by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

+ Develop accurate sales forecasts, maintain opportunity pipelines, and provide regular updates through CRM systems.

+ Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to identify strategic opportunities and risks.

+ Drive partner adoption of new products, services, and programs to maximize market penetration.

+ Resolve escalated customer and partner issues effectively while maintaining strong business relationships.

+ Support strategic initiatives, product launches, and territory expansion efforts.

+ Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer and partner experience.

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

+ Minimum of 6+ years of successful sales, channel management, business development, or account management experience.

+ Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and growing strategic accounts or channel partnerships.

+ Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

+ Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.

+ Ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels, including executive leadership.

+ Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.

+ Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office applications.

+ Ability to travel (overnight) as required to support partner and customer engagement.
