**About the Role**

As a **Senior Manager - DLP Management & Operations** , you will drive enterprise-wide Data Loss Prevention (DLP) operations, engineering, governance, and service delivery across email, web, endpoint, cloud, and data protection platforms. You will be a key member of the cybersecurity organization, collaborating with Security, Infrastructure, Network, Endpoint, Cloud, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Workplace Collaboration, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver secure and effective data protection services. You will have the autonomy to lead strategic initiatives, optimize operations, improve service delivery, and strengthen the organization's security posture.

**In This Role, You Will:**

+ Lead end-to-end DLP operations, engineering, governance, and service delivery across enterprise data protection platforms.

+ Own DLP platform administration, policy configuration, optimization, roadmap planning, and technology management.

+ Govern operational processes, risk assessments, compliance controls, audits, executive reporting, and service performance metrics.

+ Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents while overseeing vendor management, service reviews, and stakeholder communications.

+ Lead workforce planning, team development, operational excellence initiatives, and strategic security transformation programs.

**What You Must Have to Be Considered**

+ Extensive experience in DLP Operations and Engineering.

+ Strong expertise in Security Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management.

+ Experience managing incidents, escalations, service delivery, and operational excellence initiatives.

+ Proven leadership experience managing teams, workforce planning, mentoring, and stakeholder relationships.

+ Experience with ServiceNow management and enterprise security operations processes.

+ Strong executive communication, program management, and vendor management skills.

+ A strong sense of ownership, a desire to create meaningful outcomes, and passion for work that serves a greater good for customers, communities, and organizations.

**These Will Help You Succeed**

+ Experience with DLP technologies such as Zscaler, Proofpoint, Forcepoint, and similar platforms.

+ Expertise in audit readiness, compliance reporting, and governance frameworks.

+ Strong analytical skills with experience building KPIs, dashboards, and trend analysis reporting.

+ Experience supporting enterprise security transformation, migrations, and integration programs.

+ Ability to drive continuous service improvement, automation, and cost optimization initiatives.

**Salary and Other Compensation** :

Applications will be accepted until August 22,2026.

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 - $160,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
