**Overview**

GovCIO is looking for an Organizational Business Process Analyst who can work closely with customers and business process teams to identify current business processes and updates to the process to aid in the organizational change and system development planning and requirements. This position is mostly remote, but may occasionally require going into DC to the customer's location.

**Responsibilities**

This person will work closely with the business owners and product owners across various integrated systems to document "As Is" and "To Be" process flows.

You will also collaborate with the Organization Change Communications lead on the team on change management materials, guides, and communications as needed.

A strong curiosity, confidence, and the understanding of business process analysis as it informs systems implementation is required.

+ Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems.

+ Interfaces between systems architects/programmers and users located in a specialized area to ensure that information technology designs meet the needs of the end users within an organization.

+ Requires general-logic knowledge of system capabilities without necessarily the ability to program.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

+ Clearance Required: Public Trust

+ MS Visio or similar tool to document business process

+ Ability to learn the system and processes from a business level very quickly

+ Experience in training materials such as guides, FAQs, briefings, and wikis.

+ You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where multiple work streams are occurring simultaneously

+ Must be able to work independently when needed

Desired:

Experience in Business Process Notation

Technical knowledge on AI or similar modern tools and techniques

Six Sigma or other similar process improvement experience

Some exposure to Organizational Change Management

**Posted Salary Range**

USD $140,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr.
