**About the Role**

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect - Digital Experience, you will make an impact by designing and delivering scalable, user-centric ServiceNow portal solutions that enhance employee and customer experiences. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow Center of Excellence and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, UI/UX teams, developers, and project leaders to deliver innovative digital solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Lead technical discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews for ServiceNow portal and digital experience solutions.

+ Translate business requirements, user stories, and design concepts into scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

+ Define platform architecture, integration strategies, governance standards, and implementation best practices.

+ Provide hands-on technical leadership in ServiceNow development, scripting, APIs, web services, and application development.

+ Own technical decision-making, risk assessment, and solution architecture throughout the project lifecycle.

+ Conduct peer reviews and mentor developers to ensure technical excellence and consistency across engagements.

+ Support presales activities, solution estimation, and technical proposals.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and future-ready ServiceNow solutions.

**What You Need to Have to Be Considered**

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

+ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

+ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

+ Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow Portal, Employee Center, or Digital Experience solutions.

+ Strong expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, APIs, web services, and application development.

+ Experience defining platform architecture, integrations, and technical governance standards.

+ Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and scalable solution design.

+ Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

**These Will Help You Stand Out**

+ ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, including HRSD.

+ Experience with front-end frameworks, full-stack development, and responsive web applications.

+ Experience leading enterprise ServiceNow transformation or modernization initiatives.

+ Knowledge of mobile application design and user experience best practices.

+ Experience supporting presales engagements, solution estimation, and technical proposals.

+ Proven ability to mentor technical teams and establish development standards.

**Salary and Other Compensation:**

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $110,000 - $128,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
