**Job Description**
Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Support Integration Architect to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service transition, operational stability, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration across internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of support governance, incident management alignment, service integration, and operational readiness activities throughout the transition and post-transition support lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams-both internal stakeholders and client partners-so familiarity with sustainment transition, ongoing production support, service integration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence is essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and coordinate the transition of applications and operational responsibilities into the support model.
+ Partner with project teams, operational stakeholders, vendors, and client leadership to ensure successful knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
+ Establish and validate support processes, escalation paths, SLAs, operational procedures, and governance frameworks.
+ Facilitate transition planning activities including cutover readiness, support documentation reviews, and service acceptance criteria.
+ Identify transition risks, dependencies, and operational gaps, and drive mitigation strategies to resolution.
+ Ensure alignment between implementation teams and steady-state operations.
+ Serve as the primary Support Integration Architect for the production support environment.
+ Coordinate across functional teams, infrastructure teams, application teams, and third-party vendors to ensure effective incident and problem resolution.
+ Monitor operational health, support metrics, SLA compliance, and production stability.
+ Drive root cause analysis, problem management, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
+ Support major incident management activities and facilitate cross-functional resolution efforts.
+ Ensure adherence to ITIL-based support processes including incident, change, problem, and release management.
+ Collaborate with client stakeholders to prioritize operational enhancements and support initiatives.
+ Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between IHS stakeholders, delivery teams, and external partners.
+ Provide executive-level reporting on operational trends, risks, issues, and service improvement opportunities.
+ Maintain strong communication channels across business and technical teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
+ Manage one Production (PROD) and one Pre-Production (CERT) domain within scope.
+ Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automation, monitoring, and support effectiveness.
+ Drive standardization of support processes and operational best practices.
+ Support implementation of monitoring, alerting, and proactive support strategies to minimize service disruption.
+ Contribute to long-term operational planning and support maturity initiatives.
+ Drive preventative maintenance activities including flashes, defect management, and data purging
+ Ensure adherence to solution compliance standards and best practices

US: Hiring Range in USD from $28.94 to $71.30 per hour; from: $60,200 to $148,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
