**Role Overview**
We are seeking a high impact Senior Associate / Manager to join our Enterprise Data Advisory practice, supporting finance transformation initiatives across enterprise data platforms.
This role partners directly with senior leaders to help organizations move from report-ready data to decision-ready, AI-governed data. You will work across strategy and execution bridging finance, data, and technology to deliver practical, scalable solutions.
You will play a critical role in helping clients modernize financial reporting, improve data governance, and unlock automation across platforms such as but not limited to, Workiva, NetSuite, Fusion, SAP ECC/S4, OneStream, Oracle, and cloud data environments (AWS, Snowflake, BigQuery).

**What You'll Do**
Client Delivery & Advisory
- Support and lead finance data transformation engagements, including:
o financial data lineage & mapping
o AI data readiness assessments & scorecards
o ESG / sustainability reporting evaluations
o Close optimization and reporting automation initiatives
- Translate complex finance and system environments into clear, executive ready insights
**Data & Integration Execution**
- Help design and support integration pipelines across:
o ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Fusion, etc.)
o Reporting tools (Workiva, EPM, Looker, Power BI)
o Cloud data platforms (S3, Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Assist in building and configuring:
o Workiva Wdata pipelines, Chains, and data models
o Data mapping, transformation logic, and validation checks
- Support development of "Integration Hub" concepts to centralize finance data
**Governance, Controls & Risk**
- Assess and document:
o Data ownership, configurations and controls, and governance gaps
o Risks in financial reporting and disclosures
- Help implement frameworks for:
o AI / Automation governance and data quality
o Audit-ready financial processes
- Support clients in reducing reliance on manual processes
**Deliverables & Assets**
- Create high-quality, structured outputs including:
o Data lineage diagrams
o AI/Automation/Data readiness scorecards & heatmaps
o Process flows and operating models
o Executive presentations and board level materials
- Contribute to reusable firm assets:
o Service offerings (AI, Automation, Financial Data Architecture, ESG, Integration Hub)
o Accelerators, templates, and playbooks
**Business Development Support**
- Support proposal development, SOWs, and client presentations
- Help articulate value, ROI, and business impact to executive stakeholders
- Contribute to thought leadership

**What We're Looking For**
Core Experience
- 3+ years of experience in:
o Consulting, finance transformation, or data advisory
o ERP/EPM/BI reporting environments
- Strong understanding of:
o financial statements, close process, and reporting structures
o Data flows and data lineage across finance systems

- Experience with one or more:
o Workiva (Wdata, Chains, reporting)
o SQL / data transformation logic
o Cloud data platforms (AWS S3, Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Familiarity with:

This role works closely with senior leadership in our Enterprise Data Advisory practice, helping shape how organizations move from fragmented reporting to intelligent, automated and scalable data decision-making. If you're someone who likes building, solving real problems, and working at the intersection of finance, data, and technology, this is for you.
**Base Salary Range:** $190,000 - $130,000
_This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual bonus opportunity._
_W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans, some with an Employer HSA contribution), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days (or more if required by law in the state/locality where you work), 15+ days of vacation (based on tenure), bereavement leave, and 6-8 weeks paid maternity/disability leave and 2-4 weeks paid parental leave (based on tenure)._
