**Job Description**
In an **Oracle Health implementation** , the **Integration Architect** is responsible for designing and governing how Oracle Health solutions connect with the client's broader healthcare technology ecosystem. This includes ensuring the seamless exchange of clinical, financial, operational, and patient data between Oracle Health applications and third-party systems such as EHRs, ERP platforms, identity management solutions, payer systems, medical devices, and external healthcare partners.
The Integration Architect serves as the technical authority for all integration-related activities and works closely with project managers, client stakeholders, application teams, and third-party vendors to define integration requirements, establish interface strategies, and manage technical dependencies. Their role is critical in ensuring that data moves accurately, securely, and reliably across the healthcare environment while supporting clinical workflows and business operations.
**Responsibilities**
Key responsibilities include:
+ Developing the overall integration strategy and architecture for the Oracle Health solution.
+ Defining interface requirements, data mappings, and end-to-end data flows.
+ Leading design decisions related to HL7, FHIR, APIs, file-based integrations, and interoperability standards.
+ Coordinating with client and vendor teams to align technical solutions across all connected systems.
+ Identifying and mitigating integration risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.
+ Supporting interface development, testing, and deployment activities.
+ Ensuring compliance with healthcare security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
+ Providing governance and oversight to ensure integrations are scalable, supportable, and aligned with Oracle Health best practices.For a client Project Manager, the Integration Architect is the individual responsible for ensuring that Oracle Health and all connected systems work together as a cohesive ecosystem, helping to minimize implementation risk, facilitate data interoperability, and support a successful go-live and long-term operational stability.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $81,700 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
