Consulting Advisory Practice Lead - Fusion Health
**Job Description**

The primary objective of the Consulting Advisory Practice Lead role is to establish, grow, and oversee a high-impact consulting advisory practice within the organization.

+ This involves setting a clear and inspiring vision for the practice, developing and executing strategies that align with broader business objectives, and designing a portfolio of innovative service offerings tailored to evolving market needs.

+ The role is responsible for building and leading a team of consultants and subject matter experts, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous development.

+ In addition, the Practice Lead partners across Sales, Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive advisory initiatives and seamless client engagement.

+ A key focus is driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and participating in sales cycles and proposal development.

+ The role also requires establishing rigorous processes and quality standards to ensure the consistent delivery of high-value, client-focused solutions. Providing thought leadership, staying ahead of industry trends, and ensuring the practice remains competitive and innovative are critical to this position.

+ Ultimately, the Practice Lead is accountable for expanding the organization's advisory presence, delivering measurable business outcomes for clients, and supporting long-term organizational success.

Successful Candidates will be expected to travel up to 25% but could be more or less with business activities.

**Responsibilities**

Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Services include identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals. Able to lead, support and participate on project teams. Able to use Oracle selling and negotiation techniques and tools.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,200 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
