As a Lead Clinical Consultant, you will play a crucial part in shaping the clinical strategy for Post Go-Live (PGL) Readiness Methodology. This dynamic role involves leading our Support Readiness Fundamentals series, developing and delivering impactful content, and tailoring it to meet specific project and site needs. You will be at the heart of driving clinical excellence by providing critical expertise during onsite and virtual Readiness events, guiding teams, and ensuring smooth execution. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Support Readiness Fundamentals Owner: Lead the design, development, and execution of the Support Readiness Fundamentals series, ensuring it aligns perfectly with both project objectives and specific site requirements.
+ Site Readiness Leadership: Offer your clinical expertise and leadership to site teams, ensuring smooth EHR sustainment after go-live.
+ Risk & Issue Identification: Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to proactively spot, document, and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise in post-go-live support.
+ Clinical Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main clinical liaison, connecting informatics teams, healthcare providers, and leadership to ensure effective communication and alignment on key objectives.
+ Drive Project Plan Success: Partner with the Project Manager to ensure that all project deliverables are executed on time, effectively addressing clinical considerations and overcoming roadblocks.
+ Strategic Informatics Planning: Develop and implement strategic readiness plans that ensure smooth transitions across clinical teams during the EHR go-live process.
+ Educate on Sustainment Processes: Provide targeted training to informatics teams to ensure continued success and sustainability post-implementation.
+ Lead Process Improvement: Facilitate rapid process improvement and workflow adoption events, driving quick wins and enhancing efficiency.
+ Adoption Support: Work with informatics teams to assess and improve the adoption of new workflows by both end users and super users, ensuring long-term success.
**Core Competencies & Skills:**
+ Clinical Informatics & EHR Expertise: Deep understanding of clinical workflows, Oracle Health/Cerner solutions, and EHR best practices. Skilled in troubleshooting, system optimization, and improving clinical efficiency.
+ Project Leadership & Change Management: Strong leadership skills in driving projects, identifying risks, and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes across teams. Proficient in managing large-scale EHR transitions.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and facilitate collaboration between clinical teams, IT departments, and leadership through clear, impactful communication.
+ Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Proactively assess workflows, propose strategic improvements, and adapt quickly to challenges. Excellent at finding creative solutions in dynamic environments.
+ Analytical Expertise: Use critical thinking and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for system and workflow improvements.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field (required)
+ Master's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, or Business Administration (preferred)
+ Registered Nurse (RN) or other clinical licensure (preferred)
+ 8+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or EHR optimization (required)
+ Expert knowledge of Oracle Health/Cerner solutions, system build, implementation, and workflow alignment
+ Proven project management expertise with experience in clinical transformation initiatives
+ Strong collaboration and communication skills with a passion for driving adoption and improving clinical workflows

Bachelors or Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to area of focus, plus 8 year related work experience. Minimum Qualifications: At least 10+ years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 1 year of licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience
Degree in respective clinical expertise (Nursing, Pharmacy, Clinical Studies, Informatics, Health Care or related field
Certification required based on area of focus: Registered Nurse - State Board, Nursing Informatics Nursing Certification - American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC), Licensed Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O)-State Board. Licensed Medical Doctor - State Board, Pharmacist - State Board, Certified Exercise Physiologist - State Board, Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist - State Board
