Geo Marketing
The **Advanced Specialist, Geo Marketing** is responsible for owning key components of campaign execution across U.S. marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Lead Specialist, this role ensures campaigns are activated on time, on message, and on strategy-managing day-to-day execution, collaborating across teams, and ensuring all elements are launch-ready. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident owning campaign deliverables from brief to wrap-up. This position plays a critical role in ensuring campaign success during high-impact seasons like Back-to-School and throughout the year.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Campaign Development & Execution:**

+ Support the creation and launch of integrated campaigns across digital, paid media, email, and social platforms.

+ Translate messaging and positioning into channel-ready assets and activation plans.

+ Coordinate campaign calendars, ensuring key milestones are met and launch dates are hit.

**Cross-functional Coordination:**

+ Collaborate with the Centers of Excellence teams to ensure campaigns align to global objectives and ways of working.

+ Liaise with Product Marketing to gather local insights and ensure message relevance.

**Agency & Asset Management:**

+ Work with creative agencies to manage campaign assets, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery.

+ Develop and maintain campaign documentation including briefs, asset trackers, and launch checklists.

**Performance Tracking & Optimization:**

+ Monitor and optimize live campaign performance across channels and compile regular reports.

+ Analyze campaign metrics and support monthly, quarterly, and post-campaign reporting to surface insights and recommend optimizations.

**Campaign Operations & Support:**

+ Ensure campaign readiness by managing QA, approvals, asset handoffs, and go-live processes.

+ Maintain a library of campaign materials, templates, and documentation for reuse and consistency.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

+ Proven experience in marketing or campaign execution roles.

+ Strong project management and organizational skills with a focus on detail and follow-through.

+ Understanding of integrated marketing and digital channels.

+ Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, CMS, project management tools).

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

+ Understanding of U.S. higher education market, sales cycles, and marketing for B2B2C is a plus.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**

+ On-time campaign launches and task completion.

+ Quality and accuracy of campaign assets and deliverables.

+ Contribution to campaign performance (e.g., CTR, engagement, lead volume).

+ Efficiency in cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution.

+ Accuracy and timeliness of campaign reporting and insights.
