Citrix Administrator - Senior
Responsible for unique or complex information systems and/or information technology projects across more than one discipline, such as application support, database administration, software quality assurance/quality control, software engineering, network telecommunications, and infrastructure operations of administration, analysis, engineering and design. Provides direction to other IT Administrators on the project in a senior administrator capacity. Considered a technical specialist in a variety of IT administrator disciplines.

+ Manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure.

+ Administer Citrix Workspace, StoreFront, and Delivery Controllers.

+ Monitor Citrix environment health, performance, and user experience.

+ Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for Citrix support.

+ Perform Citrix provisioning, configuration, and application publishing.

+ Implement Citrix automation and optimization strategies.

+ Troubleshoot user connectivity, performance, and application delivery issues.

+ Maintain Citrix documentation, runbooks, and configuration baselines.

+ Manage Citrix security policies and access controls.

+ Support disaster recovery and business continuity for Citrix services.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent relevant experience; Master's Degree preferred.

+ 8-15 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or other IT related field with 4+ years Citrix Administration experience specifically.

**Other Job Specific Skills**

+ Strong in: Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.x/2109+, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Workspace.

+ Knowledge: Citrix provisioning (MCS/PVS), profile management, HDX optimization, automation.

+ Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-V) or equivalent.

Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role. Monetary compensation is one component of ASM's overall compensation and benefits package for employees.
