Business Strategist III

**Day to Day**

+ Define and execute partnership strategy for Indeed's ATS and HR technology ecosystem, aligning partner investments with product and commercial priorities while evaluating market opportunities through TAM, revenue, and risk analyses to prioritize strategic partnerships and integration investments.

+ Partner with Product teams to identify ecosystem and cross-surface integration needs, shaping roadmaps and platform capabilities while translating partner and customer feedback into actionable business and product recommendations.

+ Design and execute go-to-market strategies for ATS-related product launches, pilots, migrations, and feature adoption across employers and partners.

+ Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product Program Management, and Global Product Commercialization to deliver complex initiatives and ecosystem priorities.

+ Establish and manage platform governance, including partner policies, compliance frameworks, approval processes, and performance reporting.

+ Build scalable operational processes to support ecosystem growth, partner adoption, policy rollouts, and the successful delivery of platform initiatives.

+ Own strategic initiatives to expand adoption of key platform capabilities, including Indeed Apply, Screener Questions, Disposition Sync, salary and location standards, and API-based integrations, while serving as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners.

**Responsibilities**

+ Identify, scope, and drive strategic initiatives that support business growth and operational efficiency.

+ Analyze data across business performance, customer trends, and market dynamics to inform recommendations.

+ Develop insights and materials to support decision-making at senior levels.

+ Partner across functions to align on priorities and execute against strategic plans.

+ Support the development of action plans and track progress against defined goals.

+ Conduct research to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

+ Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

**Skills/Competencies**

+ Requires a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or a Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience; or a PhD with a minimum of 3 years experience

+ Experience solving complex business problems using data and structured analysis.

+ Proficiency with data analysis tools such as spreadsheets, data visualization platforms, and query tools (e.g., SQL).

+ Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.

+ Business acumen with attention to detail and ownership of deliverables.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

+ Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes.

**Salary Range Transparency**

Tier 1 - United States of America 116,000 - 174,000 USD per year

Tier 2 - United States of America 130,000 - 196,000 USD per year

Tier 3 - United States of America 143,000 - 215,000 USD per year

Tier 4 - N/A

Tier 5 - United States of America 162,000 - 244,000 USD per year

Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
