**Account Marketing Senior Manager**
As an Account Marketing Senior Manager, you will support NetSuite's Industry Marketing team in the Construction & Energy vertical. The Industry Marketing team is responsible for delivering industry-first marketing programs that increase customer acquisition and retention in our priority industries through pipeline & revenue growth, sales support, and targeted expansion opportunities across the customer lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing demand generation programs that support the Account Management organization, with a strong emphasis on webinars, virtual events, nurture programs, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, execution-oriented marketer with experience running complex, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end. This role requires strong ownership, comfort working independently, and the ability to coordinate across sales, marketing operations, product marketing, and events teams.
+ Plan, execute, and manage demand generation programs to drive sales pipeline and revenue for the Account Management organization.
+ Help translate quarterly marketing priorities into executable programs aligned to the marketing calendar.
+ Own end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person marketing programs, including webinars, events, and business guides.
+ Coordinate with internal stakeholders to secure campaign resources, align on content, and manage timelines.
+ Create and manage slide decks, email copy, landing page copy, and supporting campaign assets.
+ Own webinar logistics including Kaltura recording setup, speaker prep calls, tech checks, and live-day execution.
+ Track program performance, lead flow, and execution milestones to ensure timely sales follow-up and campaign effectiveness.
**What We're Looking For:**
+ 6-8+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or Integrated Marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS, IT, or enterprise technology environments.
+ Proven experience managing a high volume of complex, multi-faceted event and webinar programs.
+ Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
+ Strong understanding of sales pipeline concepts and revenue-driven marketing.
+ Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple programs simultaneously.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading calls and coordinating with senior stakeholders.
+ Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
+ Comfortable learning new tools, processes, and subject matter quickly.
+ Experience with marketing automation platforms (preferably Eloqua).
+ Understanding of landing page and microsite best practices.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
