**Job Description**
You will act as a leader of large-scale company initiatives and be viewed within the organization as a top contributor and key business partner. You will establish the mechanisms, systems, and operating model required to deliver successful outcomes for OCI leadership. You will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices, design frameworks, and technical governance across global data center infrastructure. The right candidate will have demonstrated strategic-level engineering work, not just site-level design execution, with experience challenging existing assumptions, creating new solutions, and driving meaningful technical change across complex systems.
The successful candidate will have a history of driving technical strategy, functional direction, and architecture for large-scale data center infrastructure, engineering systems, and global standards. This person will have demonstrated strategic-level engineering work beyond assigned requirements or site-level execution, with evidence of creating or influencing standards that improved consistency, scalability, reliability, cost, or operational performance across multiple sites or regions. This position requires:
+ A highly motivated, visionary, and team-oriented Technical Product Manager (TPM) to define mechanisms, standards, and scalable engineering systems for OCI's global data center infrastructure.
+ 10+ years of experience in data center infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, engineering systems, design standards, or technical platforms at significant scale.
+ 10+ years' experience leading technical strategy, engineering programs, or standardization efforts across complex, distributed infrastructure environments.
+ Hands-on experience developing scalable design frameworks, standardization strategies, technical platforms, or governance mechanisms across BMS, EPMS, MEP systems, or broader data center infrastructure.
+ Experience translating executive priorities and operational needs into roadmaps, mechanisms, standards, and measurable outcomes for OCI leadership and customers.
+ Experience creating or influencing standards that improved consistency, scalability, reliability, cost, or operational performance across multiple sites or regions.
+ Experience working with geographically distributed engineering, design, construction, operations, vendor, and partner teams is highly desired.

**Responsibilities**
**Key responsibilities include:**
+ Lead and define the global engineering standards, design frameworks, and technical mechanisms that improve consistency, scalability, reliability, cost, and operational performance across OCI data center infrastructure.
+ Collaborate with engineering, design, construction, operations, product, and leadership stakeholders to understand requirements, challenge assumptions, and translate strategic objectives into scalable design patterns and standardized technical solutions.
+ Establish and evolve scalable design frameworks, standardization strategies, and technical platforms across areas such as BMS, EPMS, MEP systems, and broader data center infrastructure.
+ Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new engineering standards, technical processes, design governance, and infrastructure capabilities, frequently operating at the leading edge of data center technology.
+ Recommend and justify major changes to existing standards, systems, processes, and infrastructure strategies to senior executives.
+ Provide technical direction and strategy for the organization and company, and collaborate with Oracle's technical partners, vendors, and design authorities on long-term infrastructure strategy.
+ Bring stellar analytical skills along with communication and presentation skills.
+ You are an effective team player, but you are also independent, and self-directed.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
