Event Sponsorships Senior Program Manager
**Job Description**

Reporting to the Head of Event Sponsorships, the Senior Sponsorship Program Manager will lead the planning, management, and fulfillment of sponsorship programs across in-person events worldwide. This role serves as a central point of coordination between sponsors, sales and partner teams, event producers, marketing stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to ensure successful execution of sponsor commitments, activations, and commercial objectives. The ideal candidate is an experienced sponsorship or event marketing professional with strong program management capabilities, operational rigor, and the ability to manage multiple global event programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.

The Senior Sponsorship Program Manager will partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, production, operations, communications, and leadership teams across global regions to deliver integrated sponsorship experiences that maximize partner value, strengthen strategic relationships, and contribute to the commercial success of Oracle's Global Events portfolio.

**Responsibilities**

+ Support sponsorship sales and fulfillment efforts across a portfolio of Oracle global events, partnering with internal teams, agencies, and sponsors to execute integrated brand activations and deliver business results.

+ Manage the end-to-end sponsorship lifecycle, including sponsorship packaging, prospecting support, partner onboarding, negotiation coordination, activation planning, renewals, fulfillment, and post-event reporting.

+ Develop and maintain sponsorship packages, activation opportunities, and engagement frameworks aligned with event objectives, audience strategies, and partner goals.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, strategic partners, agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and increase sponsor visibility across Oracle's event portfolio.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with event executive producers, marketing, sales, production, digital, operations, and communications teams to ensure sponsor commitments are delivered consistently and effectively across global events.

+ Oversee sponsor communications, deliverables, timelines, approvals, and activation plans to ensure operational excellence and high partner satisfaction.

+ Manage multiple global sponsorship programs simultaneously, balancing strategic planning with flawless execution while maintaining clear project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

+ Track sponsorship KPIs, partner engagement metrics, event performance, and ROI to support business reporting, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Partner with creative, experiential, production, and content teams to develop impactful sponsor activations and event experiences aligned with Oracle brand standards.

+ Support sponsorship budget tracking, forecasting, reconciliation, and revenue reporting processes.

+ Contribute to the development and standardization of sponsorship processes, tools, templates, and operational best practices across the Global Events organization.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $33.94 to $67.88 per hour; from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
