The Project Manager 2 of Meeting and Event Planning manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Project Manager 2 of Meeting and Event Planning is responsible for supporting enterprise-level events and providing project support to the Director, Lead Planner, and Senior Planner. This role serves as the primary contact for agency partnerships, ensuring all projects are executed on time, within scope, and in alignment with financial objectives. The Project Manager will also be responsible for gathering all Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for department-wide events and developing materials to be shared with business partners and other planners. The event portfolio managed by this position is smaller in scope than that of the Lead and Senior Planner.

**Use your skills to make an impact**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of experience in enterprise-level event planning or project management.
+ 1 +years of proven ability to manage agency relationships and vendor partnerships through end-to-end contract lifecycle.
+ Efficiency coordinating multiple projects and simultaneously supporting multiple projects to meet deadlines and budgetary requirements.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in developing event materials and RFP documentation.
**Additional information:**
In this role you will have domestic travel up to 25%.
You will report to the Director of Experience Strategy and Transformation.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

**Pay Range**
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$71,100 - $97,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
