**Position Summary**

The Training & Systems Enablement Specialist is responsible for onboarding new sites and delivering comprehensive training solutions in support of organizational initiatives, including site conversions, system implementations, and broader organizational integration efforts. This role facilitates new hire onboarding, technical systems training, continuing education, and specialized product training while ensuring employees are equipped to successfully navigate evolving processes, proctoring requirements, and software platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Training Delivery & Facilitation**

+ Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions, onboarding and integrating ETS/STN sites into PSI systems, technical systems training, continuing education, and specialized product training (e.g., Praxis, TOEFL and GRE)

+ Deliver targeted training to both ETS and PSI employees impacted by site conversions, system updates, and new programs integration initiatives

+ Ensure consistent, high-quality training experiences across multiple locations and audiences

**Systems & Integration Training**

+ Lead training efforts to all employees related to technical and system implementations, site conversions, and Odyssey integration initiatives

+ Support employees in adapting to new workflows, tools, and compliance requirements during periods of change and integration

**Training Needs Analysis**

+ Assess training needs for impacted sites and through collaboration with leadership

+ Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training solutions aligned with operational and integration goals

**Program Support & Continuous Learning**

+ Support ongoing continuing education initiatives to reinforce knowledge transfer

+ Provide refresher training and just-in-time learning resources for evolving systems, processes, and product updates

+ Monitor learner progress via LMS systems, and provide learning systems reports

**Other Ad-Hoc Support**

+ Partner with operations, leadership, and project teams to align training with site conversion and integration timelines

+ Support ad-hoc training implementation plans, special projects, and other Odyssey integration initiatives

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Education, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

+ 3-5+ years of experience in training delivery, technical training, or systems training

+ Experience supporting system implementations, site conversions, or organizational integration initiatives preferred

+ Experience delivering product-specific or certification-related training strongly preferred

+ Strong facilitation and presentation skills across diverse audiences

+ Ability to quickly learn and train on new systems, tools, and product offerings
