**Position Summary**
Specialty Networks creates clinical and economic value for independent specialty providers and partners across multiple specialty GPOs. Specialty Networks' PPS Analytics platform analyzes data from electronic medical records (EMR), practice management, imaging, and dispensing systems and transforms it into meaningful and actionable insights for providers and other stakeholders by using artificial intelligence and modern data analytics capabilities. Our solutions include provider solutions, real world data and evidence research, and commercial technology platforms and data registries.
The Director, Strategic Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Specialty Networks Medically Integrated Dispensing (MID), Health System Outpatient Program (HSOP), and Product Management & Development functions. The Director, Strategic Operations should be a dynamic and results driven individual who can lead a high-performing team and drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
This position reports to the VP, Product Management & Development - Specialty Networks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage and optimize the dispensing operations for all network specialties
+ Manage and optimize the HSOP operations and maximize new business opportunities
+ Manage and optimize the relationships between Specialty Networks and dispensing members via clinical and operational support
+ Monitor market and dispensing trends and opportunities and react accordingly
+ Create synergies internally to increase revenue
+ Communicate industry changes, such as new regulations, changes in dispensing models, etc. to member practices
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, chemistry, pharmaceutical science, or related field preferred; Master's degree preferred
+ 12+ years of relevant experience preferred
+ Industry Specific Understanding: In depth knowledge of dispensing solutions, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or related industries is highly valuable
+ Understanding of specialty pharmacy
+ Extensive experience in physician dispensing solutions or related industry
+ Prior experience in leadership and management roles
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, including market analysis, product development, and revenue growth strategies
+ Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards related to dispensing solutions or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus
+ Strong business and financial acumen
+ Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and partnerships
+ Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
+ Ability to travel up to 30%
**Anticipated salary range** : $167,600 - $257,800
