Oracle Health Consulting is seeking an Customer Experience Consultant to design and deliver **onsite, personalized, and high-impact adoption experiences** across large-scale healthcare transformations.
This role focuses on ensuring end users are not just trained, but **ready, confident, and able to perform in their real workflows from Day 1** . You will create immersive, hands-on experiences that accelerate adoption, reduce go-live friction, and improve overall user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver onsite, role-based adoption experiences that drive engagement and readiness
- Lead hands-on learning labs where users practice real workflows in a safe, guided environment
- Facilitate 1:1 and small-group sessions to:
o Enable system access (preview logon)
o Configure user preferences, favorites, and workflows
- Ensure users are fully prepared for Day 1, minimizing disruption at go-live
- Support Go-Live Command Center activities, including:
o Monitoring adoption and user experience
o Identifying friction points and coordinating rapid response
- Enhance virtual training by connecting it to real-world workflows and onsite reinforcement
- Support adoption by making the program visible, relatable, and motivating with clear, compelling communication assets including: project branding and digital engagement assets (job aids, visuals, communications)

- Strong facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse user groups (e.g., clinicians, staff)
- Experience designing hands-on or experiential learning environments
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to work onsite and in fast-paced, client-facing environments

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
