Senior Provider Analytics Professional

The Senior Provider Analytics Professional leverages data and analytics to drive PCP-focused performance and engagement insights. You will report to the Associate Director, PCP Provider Performance & Engagement Analytics.

The Senior Provider Analytics Professional (Senior Value-Based Programs Professional) will support market and corporate leaders by providing data-driven insights regarding the performance of provider contracts and related processes. Candidates should be able to explore, analyze, and present insights from complex datasets. The Senior Professional:

+ Works with Humana corporate, market, and network leadership to understand business strategy and data analysis needs and implements solutions and technologies to meet those needs

+ Contributes to cross-functional or internal data analysis or reporting initiatives using SQL/Excel to deliver insights and recommend actions

+ Serves as the data and visualization subject matter expert in assigned portfolios of work using PowerBI

+ Builds optimized, scalable, and well-documented analytical processes to mine, integrate, and analyze data from various platforms and enable or streamline data-drive processes in accordance with departmental standards

**Use your skills to make an impact**

**Required Qualifications**

+ 5+ years of experience leveraging data to drive strategy

+ 3+ years of experience utilizing SQL and/or SAS transforming data and creating tables for reporting and analytics

+ 2+ years' experience with data visualization platforms (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, advanced Excel dashboards)

+ Experience working with technology solutions in low-code application technology like Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate

+ Experience creating analytics solutions within the healthcare sector

+ Demonstrated ability to analyze and summarize complex data to create accurate and meaningful insights to support senior leadership decision making

+ Experience presenting data to Senior Leaders and partners

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Advanced degree

+ Certification in Power BI, Power Platform, Power Apps

+ Experience using Databricks

+ Experience using Python to create automated solutions

+ Experience analyzing medical claims and provider data, especially using Humana's internal data

**Work-At-Home Requirements**

+ At minimum, a download speed of 25 mbps and an upload speed of 10 mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

+ Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

+ Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

+ Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

+ Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

**Pay Range**

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$78,400 - $107,800 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
