A Physical Therapist role is now available through Adecco Healthcare and Life Science. In this role, you will provide patient care in a home health setting, including developing individualized plans of care to be followed by the patient, caregiver, and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) during subsequent visits. You will collaborate with physicians to address patient needs and ensure appropriate care, and actively participate in weekly interdisciplinary case conferences to support recertification and discharge planning. Additional responsibilities include all aspects of home health physical therapy, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
Location: Gulfport, MS
Job duration: Minimum 3-month temp/contract role (possible extension or temp-hire)
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Salary: $ 50.66/hr.
**Job Requirements:**
Current and Active licensure for Physical Therapy in the State of Mississippi
