**HR Recruiter**
Retail Division
Location: Flowood, MS
Regional Homes is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to support our growing Retail Division. This role will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple locations, helping us attract and hire top talent in sales, operations, and leadership positions. This is an opportunity to move beyond transactional recruiting and play a key role in building proactive talent pipelines, improving hiring quality, and supporting the continued growth of our retail footprint.
**What You'll Do**
+ Manage full-cycle recruiting for retail roles across multiple locations
+ Partner with General Managers and regional leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
+ Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of roles, including sales and leadership positions
+ Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
+ Manage and optimize relationships with third-party recruiting agencies
+ Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
+ Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
+ Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
**What We're Looking For**
+ 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
+ Experience recruiting in retail, sales, or multi-location environments
+ Experience working with third-party recruiting agencies
+ Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
+ Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
