**Position Summary**

This is a high-impact General Manager role leading our services business across the Americas, representing a significant portion of the overall Service Solutions Organization. You will lead an organization of ~400 employees across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, with full P&L accountability for performance, growth, and transformation.

Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager, Service Solutions Organization, this leader owns the end-to-end performance of the Americas services business, including operations, commercial outcomes, and customer experience.

This role is focused on strengthening and evolving a complex service organization, enhancing customer experience, and advancing a scalable, lifecycle-driven services model.

Success requires a leader who can operate at both the strategic and execution levels-setting direction while driving aligned execution across a distributed, multi-site organization.

**Responsibilities**

+ Own full P&L accountability, including revenue growth, service attach, pricing, and operational delivery

+ Lead the continued evolution of the services business into a lifecycle-driven services model

+ Strengthen service delivery performance, enhancing customer experience and retention

+ Lead a complex, multi-site service operation, including laboratory and field service teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution at scale

+ Lead and align senior leaders across operations, field service, sales, customer experience, and business systems

+ Build organizational capability by developing talent, strengthening accountability, and elevating leadership effectiveness

+ Strengthen and optimize Authorized Service Provider networks to improve customer proximity and responsiveness

+ Partner cross-functionally to align commercial strategy, customer needs, and operational execution

+ Drive continuous improvement through disciplined problem solving, standard work, and data-driven decision making

+ Lead through change by simplifying complexity and driving clear, aligned execution

**Qualifications**

+ Proven experience owning and operating a full P&L with accountability for both revenue growth and operational delivery

+ Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate customer needs into scalable service offerings

+ Deep experience leading complex, multi-site service operations, including field service organizations

+ Demonstrated success leading transformation in evolving, performance-driven environments

+ Experience working within a continuous improvement-driven organization, with a track record of applying structured problem solving and process improvement to drive results

+ Proven ability to lead leaders and drive alignment across functions in a matrixed organization

+ Strong executive presence, communication skills, and emotional intelligence

+ Track record of building high-performing teams and developing organizational capability

+ Experience in industrial, test & measurement, or technical service environments preferred

+ Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

**Bonus or Equity**

This position is also eligible for bonus and equity as part of the total compensation package.

**Pay Range**

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 214000.00-397400.00

**Is this role subject to ITAR?**
