**About the role**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Salesforce/nCino Developer.** The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration tools, along with proven experience configuring and customizing nCino features such as UI Groups, Routes, Screens, product catalog, and loan origination processes. This role requires a solid understanding of banking and financial services workflows, integration with external systems via APIs, and Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Candidates with Salesforce certifications and nCino 301 certification will be highly valued.

**In this role, you will:**

· Design, develop, and implement secure, scalable business solutions within Salesforce CRM and nCino.

· Collaborate with architects, technical managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

· Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and APIs.

· Configure nCino features including UI Groups, Routes, Screens, product catalog, product packages, collateral management, covenants, and entities involvement.

· Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems (cloud-based and on-premise) using REST and SOAP APIs.

· Apply best practices in Agile/SCRUM development, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

· Support banking and financial services processes such as loan origination, deposits, lending, and digital banking platforms.

· Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Salesforce/nCino applications to ensure performance and reliability.

**What you must have to be considered:**

· 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce (SFDC) and nCino development experience.

· Strong expertise in Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Lightning components, LWC, and Flows.

· Experience with Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).

· Proficiency in web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery) and web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).

· Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications.

· Strong knowledge of nCino Loan Origination processes and commercial/business banking workflows.

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM.

· Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

· Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (PD1), Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.

· nCino 301 certification (preferred).

· Experience Cloud knowledge (preferred).

**These will help you stand out:**

· Direct experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain, with end-to-end credit cycle knowledge.

· Hands-on expertise in configuring advanced nCino features (product catalog, collateral management, covenants).

· Strong background in building integrations with multiple enterprise systems.

· Multiple Salesforce certifications combined with nCino certification.

· Demonstrated ability to deliver complex Salesforce/nCino solutions with minimal supervision.

**Salary and Other Compensation:**

The annual salary for this position is between $ 64,734- $ 105,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
