Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant I
**Job Description:**

The LOD Consultant I supports enterprise initiatives by assisting leaders and teams successfully plan and adopt changes to work, roles, and workflows. This role is on the Organizational Development team and supports the full range of organizational development work including consulting, change management, cultural initiatives as well as training and facilitation.

+ **Job Description (** **Why this role matters** **)** This roleis anessential partnertoleaders and teams build capabilityand adapt to change, especially asAI, automation and digital tools transform clinical and non-clinical workflows.In addition, you'llwork independently andoftenon multidisciplinaryteams toprovide consulting at all levels of theorganizationdoing OrganizationalDevelopment.By partnering closely with experienced consultants, you'll turn complex ideas, including those related to automation and AI-driven change, into practical, usable solutions that improve caregiver experience and performancewhileshapingour culture.

+ Assistwithassessments of needs and co-creating solutions.

+ Implementinitiatives in support ofworkflowdesign, change and adaptations,decision making,and culture.

+ Plan andfacilitatelearning, workshops, and conversations that help leaders and caregivers understandwork design,systems thinking,navigatechange, andparticipatein culturalinitiatives

+ Leverage, assessment, AI, design thinking,human factors, change science, andadult learning tobuild individual,teamand organizational capabilities.

+ Translate complex conceptsinto clear, actionable tools, job aids,graphicsand learning materialsthat support adoption and clarity

+ Partner withcross-functionalconsultants, leaders, and teams in a large, matrixed organization to implementchange, culture initiatives, andtechnology-enabled solutions

+ Help coordinatelarge projects, lead smallprojectsindependently, track progress, and support implementation ofdeliverables

+ Bring a strong collaborativemindset to everything you do

Overall, you'll continuously learn with and from experienced consultants, work on meaningful enterprise initiatives, and build skills in work design, learning, and change, including exposure to AI and automation, while helping teams do work more efficiently.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Experience withorganizationalchange, especially helping teams adopt new processes or improve how work gets doneincluding the adoption ofnew technologiessuch as AI and automation

+ Exposure to work designprinciples,human factors,process mapping, task analysis, and workflow improvementtools

+ Exposure to evaluating contextual factorssuch as physical layout, team dynamics,climate,andtechnologyand its impacton design

+ Exposure to automation, digitaltools, or AI?enabled changes to work

+ Experience managing small projects independently

+ Comfortablefacilitatingmeetings andconversations withexecutiveleaders and teams

+ Strong communicationskills including written, verbal, and interpersonal

+ Ability tonetworkandbuild executive level relationshipsand influence in a large complex organization

+ Basic understanding ofinstructionaldesign

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, I/O Psychology, Human Factors, Systems Thinking, or related field

+ Experience withworksystemdesign, process mapping, task analysis, workflow improvement, or technology-driven transformation

+ Experience working alongside operational improvement, human factors, engineering,change practitionersanddigital transformation partners

+ Experience withautomation, digital, or AI?enabled changes to work

+ Certifications in change management, facilitation, project management, orinstructionaldesign

+ Experienceworking in a variety of healthcare settings

Interact with others requiring employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$44.33 - $68.42
