The Professional 2, Production role produces of a wide range of projects for internal audiences. The Professional 2, Production role handles edits and revisions, problem-solving situations and manages high interactions with business partners that require independent initiative and judgment.
The Professional 2, Production role entails accessing and managing electronic files appropriately for edits and revisions. The position requires high interaction and collaboration with other members of the internal Creative Services Team (to include but not limited to Client Services, Designers, Writers and Project leads for requests). Excellent verbal communication skills are required for in-house project management and organizational procedures. The position requires flexibility with project scheduling, project problem solving and edits in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Possesses less than five years of technical experience
+ Experience with Adobe Software Programs: Adobe Creative Suite (Cloud version: InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, Distiller)
+ Excellent people, time and project management skills with strict attention to accuracy and detail
+ Excellent communication, reading and written skills
+ Have the ability to meet deadlines
+ Previous experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
+ Knowledge of electronic file organization, servers and cross-platform optimization
+ Understand design, layout techniques and basic print terminology
+ Excellent problem-solving skills
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Humana experience desirable
+ Five or more years of experience working in Adobe InDesign is preferred

**Work-At-Home Requirements**

**Pay Range**
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$59,300 - $80,900 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
