Sales Representative
**Residential Sales Representative (Lawn Programs)**
**The Opportunity**
Are you a confident, persistent, and hard-working individual looking for a stable **Direct Hire** position? We are looking for a high-energy Sales Representative to join our team during our most critical time of the year! This is your chance to get ahead of the peak season by connecting with homeowners and selling high-quality residential lawn programs.
**What You'll Do**
+ **Residential Sales:** Engage directly with homeowners door-to-door to present and sell our customized lawn care programs.
+ **Field Travel:** Drive a company-provided vehicle to neighborhoods in **Batesville, Oxford** , and surrounding areas.
+ **Drive Results:** Use your persistence and communication skills to hit sales targets before the busy season begins.
+ **Schedule:** Work a full-time schedule, including **Saturdays** , to ensure we reach customers when they are home.
**What We're Looking For**
+ **Personality:** You are "thick-skinned," confident, and thrive on closing a deal.
+ **Experience:** Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic is our #1 priority.
+ **Requirements:** Must have a **valid Driver's License** and a clean driving record.
+ **Availability:** Must be willing to work Saturdays and travel within the regional area (Batesville/Oxford).
**Compensation & Benefits**
+ **Salary:** $40,000 per year.
+ **Company Vehicle:** We provide the car and the gas for your routes.
