The Senior Pharmacy Product Owner conveys product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The Senior Product Owner work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Pharmacy Product owner understands the Traditional Mail Order operating system and how it integrates with other applications to provide the best outcome for the business.
The **Senior Pharmacy Product Owner** maximizes value of product created by Agile team. Collaborate with partners and the development team to ensure that the development team builds the right product, in the right order, within budget and meets the deadline. Be an Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making. Begin to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and perform work without direction. Exercise considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments.

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
+ Experience in IT business analysis to include artifacts development
+ Previous product and project management experience
+ Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
+ Facilitate cross-functional teams' efforts
+ Strategic thinking and business planning capabilities; organized and detail-oriented
+ Excellent verbal and written presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
+ Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines
+ Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
+ Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Jira Align
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/ Product Manager (If you do not already have the certification, you will obtain it within 6 months of hire)
+ Experience working in agile/scrum methodology environments to include user story writing, grooming, refinement, sprint planning etc. to deliver high-quality product solutions improving team velocity and speed to market
+ Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

**Pay Range**
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$94,900 - $130,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
