**Intro:**
Cornerstone is looking for a Director of Field Marketing to join our Field Marketing team. We are looking for a creative, driven, and strategic leader to focus on building compelling marketing campaign activations that create a qualified pipeline for both new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities within the base.
You will be responsible for leading the team that designs and implements programs that influence customer expansion, improve retention, and drive revenue - all while delivering outstanding value to our customers.
**In this role, you will be responsible for:**
**Strategy Development:**
+ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and activations to drive customer expansion and retention goals
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, product and customer success to gather insights and data to inform customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning
**Campaign Management:**
+ Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of field marketing campaigns
+ Utilize customer data and analytics to create personalized and targeted messaging that resonates with our Americas customers
**Cross-functional Collaboration:**
+ Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure a cohesive and unified customer experience.
+ Align marketing efforts with product launches, sales initiatives, and customer feedback.
**Data-Driven Decision Making:**
+ Leverage data analytics and key performance indicators to measure, analyze and report on campaign effectiveness and sales pipeline.
+ Make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
**Budget Management:**
+ Forecast and manage the field marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
You have what it takes if you:
+ **Know your levers:** 8+ years of experience in integrated, demand-oriented marketing
+ **Experience in a Saas Technology Organization**
+ **Roll up your sleeves:** Hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms
+ **Project manage like a pro** : Strong project and program management skills
+ **Think creatively:** Creative mind that thrives on ways to inspire and engage prospects while using AI to be more efficient.
