**Job Description**
**Overview:**
As a Clinical Consultant Director, you will lead a team of Clinical Consultants supporting the execution of the Post Go-Live (PGL) Readiness and Onsite Transition Methodology. This role is accountable for consistent, high-quality delivery of readiness content and onsite/virtual Readiness events tailored to project and site needs. You will partner closely with Project Managers and clinical/operational stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, guide teams through sustainment activities, and ensure successful execution of readiness deliverables to support smooth EHR sustainment after go-live
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ **Team Leadership & Development:** Manage, coach, and develop a team of Clinical Consultants; set performance expectations; support capability growth and consistency of delivery across projects.
+ **Support Readiness Fundamentals Oversight:** Oversee the design, development, and execution of the Support Readiness Fundamentals series, ensuring alignment to project objectives and site requirements.
+ **Site Readiness Leadership:** Ensure the team provides clinical expertise and leadership to site teams to support smooth EHR sustainment after go-live.
+ **Risk & Issue Identification:** Partner with Project Managers to proactively identify, document, escalate, and mitigate post-go-live support risks and issues.
+ **Clinical Stakeholder Engagement:** Serve as a senior clinical liaison, connecting informatics teams, providers, and leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment on key objectives.
+ **Drive Project Plan Success:** Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure readiness deliverables are executed on time, addressing clinical considerations and removing roadblocks.
+ **Strategic Informatics Planning:** Guide readiness planning to support smooth transitions across clinical teams during go-live and sustainment.
+ **Educate on Sustainment Processes:** Ensure targeted education is delivered to informatics teams to support continued success post-implementation.
+ **Lead Process Improvement:** Sponsor and/or facilitate rapid process improvement and workflow adoption events to drive quick wins and enhance efficiency.
+ **Adoption Support:** Oversee assessment and improvement of workflow adoption by end users and super users to ensure long-term success.

+ **Project Leadership & Change Management:** Strong leadership in driving readiness initiatives, identifying risks, and enabling adoption of new processes across teams.
+ **Stakeholder Engagement:** Ability to build relationships and facilitate collaboration among clinical teams, IT, and leadership through clear, impactful communication.
+ **Adaptability & Problem-Solving:** Proactively assess workflows, propose strategic improvements, and adapt quickly to challenges; creative solutioning in dynamic environments.
+ **Analytical Expertise:** Use performance data and structured problem-solving to identify trends and opportunities for improvements in system and workflow performance.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field (required).
+ Master's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, or Business Administration (preferred).
+ Clinical licensure (preferred).
+ **10+ years of experience** in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or EHR optimization (required).
+ **2+ years of direct people management experience** (required).
+ **Expert knowledge of Oracle Health/Cerner Millennium** , including system build, implementation, and workflow alignment (required).
+ Proven project management expertise with experience in clinical transformation initiatives.
+ Strong collaboration and communication skills with a passion for driving adoption and improving clinical workflows.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
