REMOTE Program Manager
Job Description
The Program Manager will play a key role in realizing strategic initiatives for their new CPS intake process by overseeing interviews, discovery sessions, workshops, and documentation to further the objective of developing tools and methods to improve the intake process. They must possess excellent communication skills, a proven record of delivering meaningful results, and the ability to work in an Agile environment. Furthermore, the Program Manager should be familiar with the data systems commonly used by Child Protective Services.

Skills and Requirements
Masters, MBA or Executive MBA type degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
Minimum twenty (20) years of experience in project management roles for either state, local, or corporate
clients.
Proven expertise in AI product management, product requirements definition, and solution prototype
development.
Proven expertise in Pattern of Life analysis and Geospatial analysis of State Gov't problems, including but not
limited to, child welfare, public safety, fraud/program integrity and risk management.
-Background within child protective services, child welfare, human services, etc.
