**About the role:**
The Analytic Consultant, Training & Education plays a key role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing educational and technical resources that support users of our analytic platforms and data assets. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of data analytics, communication, and user education.
The successful candidate will manage and evolve documentation for both our LinQ real-world data (RWD) source and IHD software, create engaging educational videos, and build sustainable processes to ensure all resources remain accurate and aligned with ongoing product updates. This role will also help develop and deliver training resources for both internal and external audiences, collaborating closely with internal experts to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with analytic best practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Create, manage, and maintain documentation for the Norstella LinQ RWD data source, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and accessibility for analytic users.
+ Manage and maintain documentation for the IHD software, including user guides, release notes, learning modules, and technical reference materials.
+ Help develop and deliver training resources for both internal and external audiences, supporting education, engagement, and product adoption.
+ Collaborate with internal experts on the LinQ data source and IHD software to ensure documentation and educational materials reflect current capabilities, data nuances, and analytic methodologies.
+ Partner with product, analytics, and engineering teams to gather information and translate complex technical content into user-friendly materials.
+ Ensure all educational resources align with company standards, branding, and data governance requirements.
+ May include the opportunity to develop and produce educational videos and other multimedia learning resources to support user onboarding, training, and continued education.
+ All other duties, as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Public Health, Epidemiology, Data Science, or Technical Communication).
+ 2-4 years of experience in analytics, technical documentation, or education/training within a data-driven or healthcare analytics environment.
+ Strong understanding of healthcare data, real-world data (RWD) or analytic software preferred.
+ Proven ability to create engaging instructional materials, including video tutorials or e-learning modules.
+ Experience developing and delivering training for both internal and external audiences.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences.
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal subject matter experts, technical teams, and end users.
+ Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Markdown, SharePoint) and video creation/editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar).

_The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus._
