**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in SAP MDG Technical, SAP MDG Advanced ABAP, and MDM Architecture. The ideal candidate will lead technical projects, drive successful SAP implementation initiatives, and contribute to organizational success. This remote role requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on expertise in SAP MDG systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
· Lead the design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions based on business requirements.
· Oversee the development and customization of SAP MDG Advanced ABAP programs.
· Provide technical expertise in MDM Architecture to ensure scalable and reliable solutions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
· Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for SAP MDG applications.
· Ensure the quality and performance of SAP MDG applications through structured testing.
· Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MDG and MDM Architecture-related technical issues.
· Mentor junior team members in SAP MDG and ABAP best practices.
· Conduct formal code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards.
· Stay updated on SAP MDG advancements, ABAP enhancements, and emerging technologies.
· Participate in project planning activities and provide technical input for timelines and deliverables.
· Communicate technical updates and project status to stakeholders.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives across SAP MDG processes and methodologies.
**Qualifications**
· 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP MDG Technical.
· Proficiency in SAP MDG Advanced ABAP and MDM Architecture.
· Experience designing SAP MDG solutions within hybrid or remote project environments.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to guide and mentor junior developers.
· Strong communication skills for effective cross?functional collaboration.
· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
· Capability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
**Compensation (U.S.)**
The annual salary range for this position is **$120,000 - $145,000 USD**, depending on experience, skill level, and geographic location. This position may also be eligible for annual performance-based bonuses and discretionary incentive programs aligned with company policies.
