Equipment Finance Portfolio Manager - Team Leader
Description

This position is available to be filled at any Huntington Bank Corporate office location.

Summary:

The Equipment Finance Portfolio Manager - Team Leader is responsible for the development and implementation of a team strategy for the Equipment Finance segment that is designed to meet assigned goals, mitigate risk and underwrite the largest or most complex relationships or prospects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Ensures that all relationships and transactions are in strategic alignment with the risk profile of the bank, including all front-end guidance.

+ Responsible for maintaining acceptable levels of credit quality, consistent with the bank's credit policies, procedures, and guidelines.

+ Leads, motivates, and manages the team members to higher levels of performance through proactive coaching, mentoring, feedback, and goal setting.

+ Manage new underwriting workflow to ensure effective and timely completion within applicable policy and guidance.

+ Manage portfolio monitoring activities to ensure timely risk identification and mitigation consistent with Bank requirements.

+ Effective management and implementation of special projects within required time deadlines.

+ Recruit and develop new team members as needed.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

+ 7+ years in commercial portfolio management

+ Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Underwriting and portfolio monitoring experience in a bank leasing environment.

+ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to creatively develop solutions to overcome challenges.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Banking and Equipment Finance experience.

+ Ability to multitask and manage competing time-sensitive priorities.

Compensation Range:

$93,000 - $154,000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. ?Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. ?In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
