Facility Controller

The Facility Controller effectively supervises and coordinates all aspects of the facility business office with the financial and operational goals and objectives of the facility and facility support center.

+ Analyze the monthly financial statements with Warden and Assistant Wardens using analytical skills to develop operational efficiencies.

+ Maintain a working knowledge of all applicable administrative, operational, corporate accounting and personnel policies and procedures.

+ Implement a general knowledge of all Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and have a working knowledge of the terms of the applicable management contracts.

+ Establish, modify, document and coordinate the implementation of financial, accounting and administrative procedures and internal controls for the facility that are in keeping with accepted accounting principles and corporate policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**

+ Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Accounting or other related filed.

+ Six years of increasingly responsible business experience.

+ Three years of supervisory experience.

+ Additional graduate course work in a business-related field may be substituted for the required business experience on a year-for-year basis up to two years.

+ No substitution for supervisory experience.

+ Must demonstrate working knowledge of accounting principles, Microsoft Word, Excel, and the principles and practices of supervision, training, and management.

+ Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ MBA or CPA is preferred.

+ Experience with Enterprise software such as Oracle / JD Edwards.
