The Role at a Glance:
We are looking to add a skilled, enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to our Community Meals/Traditions team in Jackson, MS area. As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support talent acquisition recruitment strategies, processes, and systems that increase hiring efficiency for recruiters and operators.
What you'll be doing:
+ Supporting the operation infrastructure necessary for successful recruiting, selection, and placement.
+ Supporting the Sr. Talent Acquisition Operations Manager in key initiatives, programs, and projects for the recruitment organization.
+ Collaborating with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to implement and support recruiting strategies by identifying sources of applicants, developing and approving advertising campaigns, and establishing rapport with referral sources.
+ Evaluating tools and methodologies needed for effective candidate application and selection, and ensures that processes comply with standards, including by making necessary revisions.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
+ At least five years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
+ Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office suite.
+ Strong analytical and business skills.
Nice-to-haves:
+ At least one years' experience in Talent Acquisition Operations.
+ HR and/or Recruiting certification.
Compensation:
$65,000-70,000/year depending upon experience
Full time- Onsite in Jackson at our Traditions plant
