Job Description
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot UNIX/Linux systems supporting HPC clusters and enterprise infrastructure
?- Support HPC scheduling systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability of compute resources
?- Configure and maintain networking services used across HPC and enterprise environments
?- Manage parallel storage systems and support high?throughput data workflows
?- Automate system provisioning, configuration, and maintenance using infrastructure automation tools
?- Support authentication and access control systems for secure user access
?- Manage and renew SSL certificates and related security components
?- Apply cybersecurity best practices to system administration and operations
?- Develop scripts and tools to improve system reliability, performance, and automation
?- Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures
?- Work within a fast?paced environment with shifting priorities and externally driven deadlines
- Occasionally support work in data center environments, including lifting equipment up to 40 pounds

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar
?- 4 + Years of Strong Linux systems administration experience required-not just end?user familiarity. The ideal candidate operates at the engineering level, capable of designing, building, and supporting full application backends (e.g., GitLab, Elastic Stack).
?- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, PXE, VLANs, RADIUS, proxies.
?- Demonstrated experience monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing system performance across Linux systems, including CPU, memory, storage, and network resources.
Experience with virtualization and container technologies such as KVM, Proxmox, Podman, or Apptainer - Any experience working within a High Performance Computing environment
- Applicable certifications
