Senior Site Engineer
**Overview**

**What You'll Be Doing**

Cadmus seeks a Senior Site Engineer to join its Energy Services Division. Cadmus seeks candidates with strong analytical, research, and communication skills, and experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a strong technical background from related fields.

Qualified candidates are expected to assess potential energy projects, as well as inspect and collect data for completed energy projects on behalf of Cadmus' clients. Typical project activities will include: conducting site audits and assessments at commercial, industrial, multifamily, and residential facilities; inspecting systems and equipment for code compliance, quality installation practices, utility program requirements, and performance considerations; collecting baseline or as-found data from facilities, such as sequences of operation, setpoints, schedules, occupancy, and production profiles; using diagnostic equipment to measure key performance parameters; deploying temporary monitoring equipment to collect timeseries data; and harvesting trend data from controls systems. This role is not focused on impact and engineering analysis, but those skills are considered a plus for the successful candidate.

Qualified candidates will also possess excellent communications skills which will support many dimensions of this role. The Senior Site Engineer will engage with clients, their customers, and their engineers and consultants; mentor peer and junior staff as they support project-specific tasks; present work products, findings and recommendations primarily to internal audiences but sometimes to clients and other stakeholders; and generally, collaborate broadly internally and externally.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with exceptional technical, written, and verbal skills, as well as expertise in engineering and energy. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with a proven ability to manage themselves, collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues, as they execute complex projects and deliver high-quality work products on-time and on-budget.
