Director, Enterprise Change Management

The Director of Enterprise Change Management leads the change management efforts that enable and maximize organizational and leadership impact in areas of Organization Design, Team Performance and Project Execution. The Director will report to the Vice President, Enterprise Transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Oversee enterprise Change Management initiatives

+ Collaborate with counterparts in I&D, Talent Management, HRBPs, AX and Shared Services to ensure Humana has internal fit-for-purpose tools that enable our business leaders to deliver on our enterprise priorities in a highly complex, evolving environment

+ Deliver thought leadership and consultation to the SVP, HR Business Partnerships and CHRO in matters related to CEO and board talent decisions

+ Align with business leadership team on the priorities and roadmap for Change Management

+ Responsible for leading a high-performing team of Change Management Leaders delivering impactful solutions through our business aligned teams.

**Required Qualifications**

+ 10+ years of change management, human capital consulting, and/or talent development or relevant business experience

+ Proven track record influencing top leaders of an organization on matters of significance

+ Systemic thinking with a deep understanding of the talent ecosystem's interrelated components, capable of navigating and influencing complex, interconnected HR disciplines

+ Proven track record in scaling talent management initiatives

+ Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

+ Strong ability to communicate effectively at senior most levels of the organization

+ Strong analytical skills, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making

+ Proficiency with HR tools, including performance and learning systems

+ Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment

+ Highly proactive and able to identify and address pain points and opportunities

+ Capable of working autonomously, managing responsibilities effectively while also collaborating with the team and enterprise stakeholders

+ Demonstrate a growth mindset, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development in HR

**Preferred Qualifications**

Masters or MBA

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

**Pay Range**

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$150,000 - $206,300 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
