**Marketing at GoTo**
GoTo is actively searching for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing integrated campaigns to drive marketing-generated revenue for our business communications solution, GoTo Connect. You will play a central role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life from strategy to execution to optimization. In this role, you will have a special focus on targeting Internal IT buyers and business buyers at enterprise organizations using a combination of traditional demand gen and account-based marketing strategies (1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1). You will be a driving force that leads our cross-functional marketing team to deliver lead, pipeline, and revenue targets for GoTo Connect.
**Your Day to Day**
As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will:
+ **Collaborate cross-functionally** with Product Marketing, Sales, and international teams to deeply understand target personas, product differentiators, and adapt campaigns for global execution.
+ **Design targeted demand and account-based marketing campaigns** for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts, including defining account lists, messaging, content, channel mix, budgets, and KPIs.
+ **Develop compelling campaign briefs and provide feedback** to inspire and guide creative, digital, and ops teams to deliver innovative, effective assets and ensure deliverables align with audience and channel best practices.
+ **Leverage and** **validate** **AI tools** tooptimizecampaign performance-including segmentation, content creation, and predictive analytics-whilemaintainingbrand consistency and exercising good judgment.
+ **Monitor, report, and** **optimize** **channel performance and results,** proactively communicating outcomes and recommendations to leadership and providing input into quarterly planning, budgeting, and lead/pipeline forecasting.

Annual Base Salary Range: $86,000.00 - $114,000.00
