**Title:** Manager, Product Management Team

**Location:** Remote - US

**Compensation:** $140-$150K

**About the Role**

**The Manager, Product Management is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding, developing, and scaling a team of Product Managers to deliver high-quality, market-leading products. This leader drives product strategy, ensures product roadmaps align with customer and business priorities, and fosters strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, solutions, and client-facing teams.**

**This is a full-time, permanent U.S.-based role with flexible hours around core availability Monday-Friday. Remote work is supported, with occasional domestic or international travel for strategy sessions, team meetings, customer engagements, or events.**

**Role Responsibilities**

**· Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, setting expectations and fostering strong product thinking and execution.**

**· Drive multi-product strategy and ensure roadmaps align with customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities.**

**· Oversee product discovery and delivery, ensuring effective prioritization and consistent product quality.**

**· Partner with Engineering, UX, QA, Project Management, and Solutions to deliver scalable features and balance bespoke client needs with long-term product vision.**

**· Champion user research and customer feedback loops to inform product direction and validate decisions with data.**

**· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and maintain strategic advantage.**

**· Represent product strategy in key customer conversations and senior stakeholder discussions.**

**· Establish efficient product processes and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to leadership.**

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements**

**· 8-10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing Product Managers or leading PM teams.**

**· Strong track record of delivering high-quality SaaS products in an agile environment.**

**· Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or related field; advanced degree (MA, MBA) a plus.**

**· Experience in EdTech, assessments, certification, or remote proctoring preferred.**

**· Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and using metrics to guide decisions.**

**· Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.**

**· Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate product research, competitive analysis, documentation, and execution efficiency, with the ability to assess and integrate AI-driven capabilities into product strategy where appropriate.**

**· Skilled in developing strategic product roadmaps and translating strategy into execution.**

**· Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across engineering, UX, and business teams.**

**· Experience working closely with UX designers to guide wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.**
