Sr. Gen AI Developer
As a Sr. Gen AI developer you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as Llama Semantic Search Vector DB and Large Language Models. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the companys technological capabilities contributing to innovative projects that drive societal impact. This role requires a deep understanding of prompt engineering and Langchain ensuring seamless integration and optimization of systems.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000/Year to $140,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

**Responsibilities**
**· 6** + years of development and architectural experience.
· Expertise in Python programming with a good understanding of other modern programming languages (Java, C#).
· Experience in developing full-stack applications using React.js and Typescript.
· Experience in building applications using Rest API architecture, including Auth Flows, Encryption, and Observability.
· Experience in building and deploying GenAI, Agentic AI applications using either MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock
· Proficiency in GitHub Copilot for accelerated development and an understanding of Copilot Studio.
· Fundamental understanding of AI/ML models and prompt engineering.
· Knowledge of SDLC processes, CI/CD Pipelines, and container orchestration

**·** Must be Strong in Python Programming
· Needs to be proficient in Amazon Web Services (AWS) including:S3,Lambda,Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS & SNS, Textract ,AWS Bedrock, including: § Bedrock Knowledge Bases § Bedrock Agents
· Experience in Prompt Engineering is required
· Must have Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), particularly: o Anthropic Claude 3.5 Sonnet v2
· Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
