Channel Manager

**About the Role**

As a Channel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach and impact of our products and services through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing relationships with external channel partners to drive revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in developing and executing Kinetic's channel strategy.

**What You Will Do:**

+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize performance and loyalty.

+ Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans, set targets, and deliver on sales goals.

+ Provide training, enablement, and support to ensure partners are equipped to position and sell our solutions effectively.

+ Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

+ Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver successful partner programs and campaigns.

+ Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and resolve any partner-related issues.

+ Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our channel approach remains innovative and effective.

**Do You Have**

+ Proven track record of building and managing successful channel relationships.

+ Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

+ Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions.

+ Collaborative mindset with strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.

+ High level of self-motivation, initiative, and ownership.

**Even Better**

+ You have experience with global channel programs or multi-regional partner management.

+ You have worked in a fast-paced technology sector or with SaaS products

+ You are familiar with partner incentive structures, MDF programs, and co-marketing initiatives

+ You hold relevant certifications in channel sales or partnership management

+ You have experience working with CRM and partner management platforms

+ You bring creative ideas for driving partner engagement and revenue growth

+ 3+ years of experience in channel management, partner sales, or business development within a relevant industry.

The starting compensation range for this job is $70,000 to $98,000 annually
