Job Summary
Provides pediatric occupational therapy for students enrolled at The Children's Center across classroom, home and community settings. Provides parent/caregiver training/education for enrolled students. Provides staff development and training to trans-disciplinary team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
+ Provides pediatric occupational therapy services to students across classroom, home and community settings.
+ Keeps accurate documentation of services in accordance with Mississippi Department of Health Occupational Therapy regulations.
+ Provides diagnostic assessments with trans-disciplinary team and assists in writing team reports.
+ Provides outreach training and technical assistance to child care providers, school district personnel, rehabilitation service providers and the medical community.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
