**About the role**
As a Senior Project Manager, you will make an impact by leading complex transformation initiatives that enable clients to improve business performance, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver strategic outcomes. You will be a valued member of our Transformation Management Consulting team and collaborate closely with engagement leaders, cross-functional consultants, and client stakeholders.
**In this role, you will:**
1. Lead the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
2. Develop and manage integrated program plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure readiness and successful delivery.
3. Apply project and change management best practices to drive adoption, reduce delivery risk, and achieve measurable client outcomes.
4. Partner with client executives to align program objectives with strategic priorities and resolve issues impacting scope, timelines, or quality.
5. Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational efficiencies, optimizing delivery processes, and ensuring high-quality experience for clients.
**Work model - Remote**

**What you must have to be considered**
+ 8+ years of experience in project or program management within consulting, transformation, or enterprise change environments.
+ Proven track record leading large, complex, multi-workstream transformation engagements (technology-enabled preferred).
+ Strong command of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, risk mitigation, and executive communication.
+ Experience driving readiness activities across people, process, technology, and operational workstreams.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
**These will help you succeed**
+ Consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients or within large global organizations.
+ PMP, PgMP, Prosci, Agile, or other relevant certifications.
+ Experience with digital transformation, process reengineering, or enterprise portfolio management.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in matrixed consulting environments.
**Compensation**
$98,853 - $158,500,000
This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of applicable plans.
