Job Summary

The School of Biological, Environmental, and Earth Sciences at The University of Southern Mississippi is seeking a full-time, nine-month, non-tenure track Visiting Instructor at the Hattiesburg campus to begin August 3, 2026. The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate biology courses.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

+ Teach undergraduate courses in biology.

+ Teach biological sciences labs if needed.

+ Collect and report assessment data.

+ Participate in school, college, and university service activities.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.
