We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to drive the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for NetSuite's evolving AI capabilities. In this role, you will orchestrate cross-functional programs, streamline operations, and elevate customer outcomes by accelerating adoption of AI-driven features-bringing structure, efficiency, and measurable impact to every launch and engagement.
**What you'll bring**
+ At least 5-7 years in program management, GTM, product marketing, or consulting within SaaS or enterprise software; experience with AI/ML-enabled products strongly preferred.
+ Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution with clear impact on adoption, retention, or revenue.
+ Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, align stakeholders, and present to senior leadership and external audiences.
+ Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, building dashboards, and turning insights into actionable plans.
+ Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable leading across sales, marketing, product, CS, enablement, and services.
+ Ability to create high-quality enablement materials and customer-facing assets that simplify complex concepts and drive action.
+ Familiarity with responsible AI principles and enterprise requirements for security, privacy, and compliance.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelors' degree preferably in Management Consulting, Accounting, or Business.
+ Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders and the ability to present complex ideas in a way that will flex to various audiences
+ Project Management skills for planning, coordination and communication
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership
+ At least 5-7 years of experience in systems applications consulting, either sales, internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider.
+ Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with teams to develop and manage a readiness plan.
+ Excellent communication skills in English, and cross-functional teamwork skills
**Responsibilities**
+ Identify project duration, effort, sequence, and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives
+ Coordinate launch readiness, including messaging alignment, training plans, and post-launch feedback loops to drive continuous improvement
+ Translate strategy into structured workstreams, partner with Product Management on defining success metrics, operating cadences, and clear accountability across stakeholders
+ Analyze adoption, usage, and customer feedback to identify gaps, prioritize enhancements, and inform roadmap and GTM adjustments
+ Track the internal enablement assets being built (playbooks, FAQs, talk tracks, competitive positioning) to equip field and partner teams to sell and support AI capabilities
+ Champion best practices for responsible AI adoption, ensuring compliance, security, and data privacy considerations are embedded in GTM activities
+ Contribute to senior leadership presentations to update on progress, value, and scalability of initiative

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $68,400 to $112,300 per annum.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
