NetSuite Sr. Project Manager - ERP
**Job Description**
The Senior Project Manager will be primarily responsible for managing the delivery of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services implementations of the Oracle NetSuite application, including but not limited to complex, multi-workstream programs which could include Oracle NetSuite ERP as well as other Oracle NetSuite products, integrations, and third-parties. Under the guidance of the Oracle NetSuite delivery methodology and established PMO standards, this role drives engagements to scope, time, and budget - all while ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
The Senior Project Manager is a key player in leading, tracking, and communicating project and program progress as well as ensuring quality delivery. This includes planning customer-specific engagements, leading business requirements development, review and signoff, orchestrating configuration, data migration, integrations, customization, multi-workstream planning and alignment, controlling scope, driving organizational change when needed, and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and project roadblocks. The Senior Project Manager will lead multiple concurrent projects and work with a number of resources and stakeholders across a matrixed, often global environment.
From initiation through completion, the Senior Project Manager will construct, present, and secure signoffs on key deliverables such as program kickoff presentations, integrated project plans and WBS, regular status reports, risk and issue logs, cutover plans, and change orders when required. They will facilitate planning sessions and governance forums (e.g., steering committees) throughout the project lifecycle. Critical to success will be setting and managing expectations regarding project scope, the Oracle NetSuite delivery model, collaborator roles and responsibilities, timelines, critical issue and organizational change processes, communication, risk management, and multi-workstream orchestration.

+ Hands-on vendor/partner management experience with SDN and localization providers (tax, payments, EDI, logistics, country localizations), including SOWs, SLAs, and escalations.
+ Contributes to continuous improvement through data and feedback loops, embracing rapidly evolving ways of working within established frameworks and practices.
+ Implementation experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP as well as other Oracle NetSuite applications, and a solid understanding of integration, data migration, customization, and related ERP implementation principles; SuiteScript/SuiteTalk/REST and middleware/iPaaS coordination experience a plus.
+ Experience delivering analytics programs with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (or comparable data warehouse/BI), including data pipelines, modeling, security/roles, and dashboard delivery a plus.
+ Formal Project Management methodology training with significant practical use; certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
+ 8-10+ years of cumulative relevant experience, including 4+ years of NetSuite ERP project/program management; domain exposure to Business Services, such as Consulting and ITVARs, preferred.
+ Willingness to travel 25 - 50% depending on the busioness need and requirement .

Responsibilities include:

+ Deliver multiple concurrent NetSuite projects (10+ depending on size and complexity) using the defined Oracle NetSuite delivery methodology.
+ Plan, manage, and communicate the progress of complex, multi-workstream programs, achieving milestones and maintaining momentum.
+ Identify and effectively mitigate risks and dependencies across multiple internal teams and third-party SDN/localization partners.
+ Facilitate resolution of critical issues and roadblocks, escalating when appropriate.
+ Communicate well with all collaborators and stakeholders, internal and external, including executive sponsors, business process owners, IT/data teams, third parties, and project team members, as well Sales and Account Management.
+ Work collaboratively with project delivery leads, project resources, and internal stakeholders.
+ Effectively manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.
+ Coordinate technical delivery across ERP configuration, data migration, integrations, customizations, and third-parties.
+ Manage SDN and localization partners (e.g., tax, payments, EDI) as well as other third-parties.
+ Communicate effectively with and project-manage remote resources in a matrix environment, including offshore resources.
+ Forecast and deliver against committed hours and budgets for your portfolio; track benefits realization and adoption metrics.
+ Deliver a diverse scope of services where project management requires analysis of numerous factors.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and compliance with internal processes and procedures; enforce quality throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Support the Sales cycle through scoping of Professional Services engagements, executive-level prospect meetings, and solution review sessions.
+ Present and promote the value of NetSuite Professional Services to prospective customers.
+ Lead cutover planning, go/no-go, and handoffs to Advanced Customer Support (ACS) with defined KPIs; transition post-live with procedures.
+ Drive organizational change management: communications, training coordination, role readiness, and adoption.
+ Embraces AI-enabled ways of working; evaluates and safely adopts AI tools to improve delivery, documentation, and decision-making while strictly adhering to Oracle security and compliance guidelines.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
