Description
+ Provide direct individual, group, and family psychotherapy to assigned adolescent residents, addressing emotional, behavioral, and social needs.
+ Lead and mentor a team of therapists, providing guidance, supervision, and clinical support to ensure high-quality care.
+ Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans, incorporating progress notes, therapy documentation, and outcome measures.
+ Monitor and maintain therapist caseloads, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and program policies.
+ Facilitate regular treatment team meetings to coordinate care, review progress, and recommend modifications to interventions.
+ Serve as a clinical resource for staff, providing consultation on complex cases, therapeutic approaches, and crisis management.
+ Support professional development of therapists through training, feedback, and performance evaluation.
+ Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards related to mental health care delivery.
+ Collaborate with families, schools, and external providers to support continuity of care and positive treatment outcomes.
+ Identify programmatic improvements and assist in developing policies, procedures, and best practices for therapy services.
