**Job Description**
The Strategic Customers, Engineering team (SCE) at OCI is tasked with managing the relationships with some of our most significant customers, who are the key drivers of our revenue. In response to rapid market growth across Cloud Native businesses in APAC, we are establishing the APAC Strategic Pursuits team to guide Oracle's largest and high growth cloud opportunities to success. As the principal solution architects in this team, you will be helping the most strategic customers in the region with solving technical challenges with OCI.
**Job Description**
+ Serve as the technical interface and owner for bringing tech solutions to strategic customers, through the strong and close partnership with TPMs, customer engineers, and OCI back-end services and infra teams.
+ Identify and address key technical blockers. Own the strategy and the execution with back end service and capacity teams that is focused on customer excellence.
+ Be the voice of customers to Oracle's various cloud engineering teams, while also speaking of the product view when addressing customer's demand with front end teams and earn trust from service teams.
+ Facilitating conversations between back end teams with customers, bridging both the technology barriers, as well as the language and culture barrier.
+ Working hours are flexible but having after hours meetings occasionally with APAC audiences
**Responsibilities**
**Required Skills & Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience), with 10year of experience architecting and implementing solutions on major CSPs.
+ In depth knowledge with cloud native business architecture and hands-on in Cloud migration projects and AI infrastructure. Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance principles.
+ Customer centric with strong ownership.
+ Proactive, self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
+ Collaborative team player, dedicated to serving business needs and empowering the sales team to win from competitions.
+ Ability to create detailed customer engagement plans to keep up with the high velocity of features being delivered on the platform
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 3year experience in customer facing roles such as solution architect, pre-sales or TAM.
+ Experience with GPU and AI infra is a strong plus.
+ Familiar with the competition landscape and major providers' offerings.
+ Stay current on OCI platform enhancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Able to write tech blogs and represent OCI in executive-level customer meetings, industry events, and strategic forums in the Cloud and AI Infra ecosystem.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
